Delaying Schools

I think delaying schools is stupid. If you're going to delay classes, you might as well cancel all classes for the day. The streets that are icy aren't going to be better in two hours. Another thing to think about is that parents that have to work take their kids at normal time so that they can get to work. But the set back would put them in confusion. Plus, kids don't want to go to school. So all of the students would be mad when they get to school!
